Project Overview

Envisioning the development potential for the existing Okushiga Kogen Resort, a four-season mountain resort with a focus on downhill skiing is proposed that responds to national, regional, and local influences. This project is an exercise in revisioning an older ski area in to a 4- to 5-star hospitality experience with a fully revitalized base village.
