Project Overview

This multifamily community is comprised of 62 single family residence lots in 3 different sizes and unit types. 8 lots are designated for custom home development. Modular in construction, these units significantly reduced site costs at the time of pricing. Planned to be built in 4 strategic phases, the expedited building delivery process is expected to introduce a variety of unit mixes to ensure the market is able to keep up with growth.

Designed with the temperate California climate in mind, each residence responds directly to nature with framed views, cross-ventilation, and expansive outdoor spaces. 359 Design has partnered with The Brown Studio, inc. on a number of projects in the past, offering modular and design expertise for a symbiotic collaboration.
