Project Overview

Resulting discoveries of a housing study on the surrounding region and specific site determined 9 modular residential units could best serve the for-sale shortage in Red Cliff. Existing precedent and the need for durable materials at this elevation informed exterior finishes and a stepping, neighborhood-scale facade.

Systems Built Design

As well as dealing with the constraints of the site, the project strives to use all systems built or modular elements for the residential units. This in turn has an affect on the metrics and massing of the overall form. By developing a project of this type with these limitations in mind early, significant cost savings can be realized upon completion.
